Neighborhood Small Grants Info Sessions

Calling all dreamers, makers, and world-changers: do you have a small but powerful idea for strengthening your neighborhood? Perhaps you want to revive a forgotten city tradition? Paint an intersection mural? Host a tenant organizing workshop?

SE Uplift Wants to Help You Make It Happen!

SE Uplift invites ordinary Portlanders like you to shape and create your neighborhood by applying for a Neighborhood Small Grant. Grants range from $300-$4,000 and are intended to spur community efforts aimed at connecting and engaging residents, building community capacity, improving neighborhood livability, or increasing community impact on public decision making. Through this grant you can tap into your creativity and leadership skills to develop projects that improve your community.

Learn How

Applicants are strongly encouraged to attend one of our grant information sessions, which will include an overview of project criteria and eligibility requirements, tips for writing successful grant applications, and opportunities for attendees to ask questions and get feedback on project ideas.

There will be two in person workshops on November 8th and December 9th. To register please click here!

If you are unable to attend a workshop, we will also be hosting two online webinars for interested community members. To register for the November 16th webinar please click here. For the December 5th webinar please click here
